Die ASAC ist ein

and provider of chemical information, supports the teaching of the

The mission of the Division of

- Schweizerische Gesellschaft der Lufthygiene-Fachleute
Der Cercl’Air ist die
Vereinigung der schweizerischen Behörden- und
Hochschulvertreter im Bereich der Luftreinhaltung und der
nichtionisierenden Strahlung. Der Cercl'Air zählt ca. 230
Mitglieder und pflegt und fördert die interkantonale
Koordination des Vollzugs der Luftreinhalte- Verordnung und der
Verordnung über den Schutz vor nichtionisierenden Strahlung
und fördert
das Wissenstransfer zwischen Wissenschaft und Praxis.

In der GSDL/ALSP sind Firmen,

übernehmen.
Aufgaben und Ziele:

Die SASP ist eine freie
Vereinigung von Firmen, Institutionen und Einzelpersonen, die sich
für die Spektrometrie und wesensverwandte Gebiete der
chemisch-physikalischen Instrumentalanalytik interessieren.

Die Mitglieder der SGLUC sind

angrenzenden Disziplinen, z.B. in der Lebensmitteltechnologie, der
Ernährungswissenschaft oder der Lebensmittelsicherheit
tätig. Im allgemeinen sind die Mitglieder der SGLUC
primär an analytischen Problemstellungen interessiert.
Ziele:
- Die SGLUC
fördert die analytische und
angewandte Chemie, besonders die Lebensmittelchemie, Agrikulturchemie
sowie verwandte Gebiete.
- Die SGLUC
fördert die Weiterbildung und
den Kontakt ihrer Mitglieder durch Veranstaltung von Fachtagungen,
Symposien, Workshops und Exkursionen.
- Die SGLUC
fördert den fachlichen
Nachwuchs in den Gebieten der Lebensmittel- und Umweltchemie durch
Organisation spezieller Anlässe.

setzt sich bei Bedarf ein bei der
Ausarbeitung von gesetzlichen Massnahmen auf dem Gebiete der Kontrolle
der Lebensmittel und Gebrauchsgegenstände. Sie

a special topics group of the Polymer Group of Switzerland. Its main

Five european organisations (CEFIC, CERC3, COST
Chemistry, EFCE, EuChems)
have come together to create
AllChemE to coordinate their activities in order to promote chemistry
and chemical engineering in Europe. AllChemE aims to influence the
future strategies of the European Commission, other European groupings
and national bodies.

EuCheMS promotes co-operation

Eurachem is a network of
organisations in Europe having the objective of establishing a system
for the international traceability of chemical measurements and the

Objectives:

by formulating and voicing the
opinion of European laboratories regarding political and technical
issues having a direct impact on their activity, both on the European

Pharmig, the Association of
Pharmaceutical Companies, was founded in 1954 as a voluntary trade
association for the Austrian pharmaceuticals industry. Today it has 107
members, who together meet the needs of almost 100% of the Austrian
pharmaceutical market.

- Environmental Protection Agency (USA)
EPA provides leadership in the
US's environmental science, research, education and assessment efforts.
EPA is responsible for researching and setting national standards for a
variety of environmental programs and delegates to states and tribes
responsibility for issuing permits, and monitoring and enforcing
compliance. Where national standards are not met, EPA can issue
sanctions and take other steps to assist the states and tribes in
reaching the desired levels of environmental quality. The Agency also
works with industries and all levels of government in a wide variety of
voluntary pollution prevention programs and energy conservation
efforts.

IARC's mission is to coordinate and conduct research on the causes of

fellowships.

The aims of this association
are to promote cooperation and coordination of efforts among members
