Organizations

• GSDL/ALSP - Association of Swiss Private Laboratories
  In der GSDL/ALSP sind Firmen, Institute und Laboratorien vertreten, die naturwissenschaftliche Dienstleistungen zu marktwirtschaftlichen Bedingungen für private, industrielle und öffentliche Auftraggeber übernehmen.
  Aufgaben und Ziele:
  • Wahrung gemeinsamer Interessen gegenüber der Öffentlichkeit, Behörden, der Wirtschaft und internationalen Organisationen.
  • Förderung von Analytik, wissenschaftlichen Forschungs- und Entwicklungsaufgaben.
  • Austausch von Erfahrungen, branchenspezifischer Informationen und Mitgliederberatungen sowie Teilnahme an gesetzlichen Vernehmlassungen.
  • Organisation von Massnahmen zur Sicherung des fachlichen Qualitätsniveaus der Mitglieder.
  • Bildung von fakultativen Arbeitsgemeinschaften für die gemeinsame Bearbeitung von Grossprojekten.
  • Erarbeitung von GSDL-Rahmenbedingungen für die Auftragsabwicklung.
     
    
• Eurolab
  European Federation of National Associations of Measurement, Testing and Analytical Laboratories.
  Objectives:
  • Representation by formulating and voicing the opinion of European laboratories regarding political and technical issues having a direct impact on their activity, both on the European scene and worldwide.
  • Coordination by interfacing with all European organisations having activities of interest to the laboratory community, and striving to avoid duplication of efforts and activities.
  • Action by providing adequate means for exchange of information and experience, such as the publication of our Position Papers, Technical Reports, Newsletter, Seminars, and Working Groups etc.
  • Promoting cost-effective testing, calibration and measurement services, for which the accuracy and quality assurance requirements should be adjusted to actual needs.
     
    
• ALMA - Analytical Laboratory Manager's Association
  The mission of ALMA is to share and disseminate information about the management of analytical services and instrumentation laboratories.
